The Award Gala of the 4th Edition of the Polish Music Critics Competition "Kropka" will take place on December 5, 2018 at 5.00 pm at the Warsaw headquarters of the PWM Edition.
Established and organized by the Meakultura Foundation, the Competition of Polish Music Critics "Kropka" took place for the fourth time. The jury of this year's edition: dr. Daniel Cichy (Chairman), dr hab. Joanna Maleszyńska, dr Anna Ignatowicz-Glińska, Agata Kwiecińska, dr hab. Mirosław Pęczak, Rafał Księżyk, Remigiusz Mazur-Hanaj, read over 200 texts about music published last year, both in industry magazines, as well as on music portals or blogs. The jury selected the winners in four competition categories. The authors also receive an award funded by the Fryderyk Chopin Institute and the Individual Award of Piotr Metz.
The Competition winners are: Rafał Wawrzyńczyk, Aleksander Przybylski, Karolina Dąbek, Przemysław Górecki, Dirk Wieschollek, Adam Wiedemann and Olga Drenda.
The Main Co-organiser of the Competition and the Founder of the Grand Prix is the Institute of Music and Dance. The competition has also received support from the ZAIKS Association of Artists.
