Media patronage: Polish Music Information Centre POLMIC
Requiem Records (Opus Series 92|2023) released the album Kioloik in November 2023, the solo phonographic debut of flautist Alicja Molitorys. The album's programme includes premiere recordings of solo and chamber works with the flute.
All works were composed over the last dozen or so years, partly commissioned by the artist. Promotion of the album will take place on the 29th of November, 2023 at 6.00 p.m. at the Old Town Hall in Gdańsk during the "Electrifying Flute" concert at the 9th New Waves Festival. Alicja Molitorys will perform two compositions from the album: the title Kioloik by Paweł Hendrich and the album's closing Geometry of Paradox by Przemysław Scheller.
