Media patronage: Polish Music Information Centre POLMIC
On the 3rd of December, 2023 at 12:00 p.m., the NOSPR will be conducted by Anna Sułkowska-Migoń, winner of the La Maestra international conducting competition in Paris. Horn player Pawel Cal, winner of top prizes at many Polish and international competitions, will be the concert soloist.
In his interpretation, we will hear Carl Maria von Weber's Concertino in E minor for French horn and orchestra, Op. 45 - a work that is among the most difficult works intended for the horn.
The concert will open with a performance of Ludomir Rozycki's symphonic Scherzo "Stańczyk," Op. 1. Franz Schubert's Symphony No. 8 in B minor, "Unfinished" will be performed last.
