Media patronage: Polish Music Information Centre POLMIC
Still in 2023, during New Year's Eve concerts on the 31st of December at 6.00 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. artists of the Opole Philharmonicwill take listeners on a journey to the 1920s.
This festive evening will be filled with hits by such Polish artists as Eugeniusz Bodo, Sława Przybylska, Hanka Ordonówna, Mieczysław Fogg, Aleksander Żabczyński, Tola Mankiewiczówna. There will also be songs from the repertoire of Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra. Daniel Nosewicz will be the conductor, and Sylwia Różycka, Zofia Nowakowska, Jakub Szydłowski and Wojciech Myrczek will perform as soloists.
