4th International Festival "Słuchalnia - Musical Signs of Time" will be held on November 25-26, 2016 at the Centre of Contemporary Art in Toruń.
The event aims at presenting 21st-century music written by Polish and foreign composers. This year, 4 new pieces will be premiered - Metaphysical Graffiti for amplified prepared accordion by Dominik Karski (written for accordionist Ryszard Lubieniecki), Sequenza II. Starter for harpsichord and computer by Cezary Duchnowski (written for harpsichordist Gośka Isphording), Accordion GO for accordion, live electronics, video and audio layer by Jacek Sotomski (written for accordionist Rafał Łuc) and Stanie się (It will Happen) for flute, violin and accordion by Piotr Bednarczyk (written for Layers Trio).
The Festival is co-financed by the City of Toruń and Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship.
