The Krakow Branch of the Polish Composers' Union announces the 6th Krzysztof Penderecki International Competition for Young Composers. Score should be sent not later than on 30 January 2023 (11:59 p.m., UTC+01:00).

The subject of the Competition is a composition for chamber ensemble (flute, oboe, clarinet, piano, violin, viola and cello), with a duration from 9 to 14 minutes. The Competition Jury grants one Main Prize of USD 1.000 (gross).

In addition, the composition that will receive the Main Prize will be premiered in April 2023 on the concert during the 35th Krakow International Festival of Composers.
