Hornet Quartet is an ensemble which came into existence as an effect of a long friendship between young, leading polish horn players. They are associates or hold regular posts in the most renowned orchestras in Poland. Together, they also form the horn section of Pan European Philharmonia.

Their common goal and passion is to create the most beautiful and homogenous sound and achieve maximal quality in their artistic performances. This way they seek possibilities of fully showing the potential of the french horn and popularize this instrument in the best possible way.

The repertoire of the ensemble consists of almost all styles of modern music, including classical pieces, special arrangements and compositions as well as famous movie themes, for which the horn is so perfectly suited. Hornet Quartet is also very open to all kinds of innovations and experiments in the approach to chamber music. They cooperate with young polish composers and arrangers such as Jan Stokłosa and Paweł Pudło.
