conductor, music educator and choir master; b. 20th October 1948 in Lidzbark Warmiński. Doctor of Musical Arts, Cracow Music Academy, graduated from the Frederic Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, where he earned two Master of Arts degrees in 1976 and 1977. He completed additional studies in Holland in the Maastricht Conservatory and also in the US at Michigan State University.

Rozbicki began his professional career as a conductor in 1977 in Warsaw. In 1981 Polish Orchestra directed by Rozbicki received second and third place in the World Musical Competitions in Kerkrade, Holland. In 1983 he received second prize on Janitsajarfestivalen in Hamar, Norway. In 1984 Rozbicki conducted Bremen Symphony Orchestra.

Rozbicki came to Canada in 1985. From that time to date he works for the education system. At present he is a Teacher at Toronto's Bishop Marrocco/Thomas Merton High School. He organized the Brampton Symphony Orchestra and was their conductor for five years. Since 1985 he successfully works with several choirs in Canada. At the present time Rozbicki works with the professional group "Celebrity Symphony Orchestra." These groups performed several musical spectacles such as Ludźmierz Vespers and The Polish Tenors, Golden Voices, Chopin and Friends. All concerts Celebrity Symphony Orchestra presents in very prestigious concert hall in Living Arts Centre in Mississauga. In August 2000 Rozbicki was a guest conductor at XXIX Jan Kiepura's Festival Krynica in Poland.

In May 1998 during the forty-fifth convention and competitions of Polish Singers Alliance in America in Chicago, the Toronto's choir "Polonia Singers", under Rozbicki direction, won Three First Place Honors and he himself was recognized as the Best Choir Director.

For his long-term work, in the field of music and culture, Rozbicki received many citations. In March 2006 Rozbicki was awarded by President Republic of Poland "Knight's Order of Polonia Restituta" and Gold Honorary Award by Polish Congress in Canada. In May he receive 2006 University of Toronto (OISE) Award "Outstanding Associate Teacher Award 2005-2006" - Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) and in 2007 - Award "Pro Memoria".
