New opera for children The Least Probable Story by Jerzy Kornowicz will have its premiere on December 19, 2015 in the Opera na Zamku (Opera at the Castle) in Szczecin.
The work is based on Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tales. Its storyline focuses on the phenomenon of time represented by the clock at the Castle’s tower. The performance involves atypical instruments and multimedia projections.
Next performances will be held on December 20-22, 2015 and April 27-29, 2016.
The project is co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage (programme "Composing Commissions" operated by the Institute of Music and Dance).
