Izraeli pianist Boris Giltburg and Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra and Choir under the baton of Jerzy Maksymiuk will perform a symphonic concert on November 25 and 26, 2016 in Warsaw.
Jerzy Maksymiuk celebrates his 80th birthday this year with numerous concerts which are held in various places throughout 2016. The programme of the November concerts at the Warsaw Philharmonic features his Vers per archi, Piano Concerto No. 3 in C major Op. 26 by Sergei Prokofiev, Evening prayers for 8 alto voices and chamber ensamble by Gya Kancheli and Symphony of Psalms by Igor Stravinsky.
