On February 27, 2018 at 7.00 p.m. at the Concert Hall of the State Music Schools Complex in Elbląg there will be a concert by Leszek Możdżer and Elbląg Chamber Orchestra under the baton of Marek Moś. The concert will feature works by Możdżer and Henryk Mikołaj Górecki.
Leszek Możdżer is an outstanding Polish jazz musician. He is a world-class pianist, a courageous explorer and original creator, distinguished by his own musical language. Currently, he participates in many projects as a pianist and composer. At the February concert, the artist will perform Concerto for harpsichord (piano) and string orchestra op. 40 by Henryk Mikołaj Górecki, as well as 7 miniatures for improvised piano and strings, and a selection of his other compositions.
