"Polish Music Day" concert will take place on May 3, 2018 at 6.00 p.m. at the Opole Philharmonic on the occasion of the May 3rd Constitution Day.
Symphony Orchestra of the Opole Philharmonic will play along with cellist Wojciech Fudala under the direction of Wojciech Rodek. The programme will include: Józef Elsner – Overture to the opera Leszek the White, Mieczysław Weinberg – Cello Concerto in C Minor, Op. 43, Karol Szymanowski – Etude in B flat minor, Op. 4 No. 3 (orchestrated by Grzegorz Fitelberg), Mieczysław KarłowiczMieczysław Karłowicz – Episode at a masquerade symphonic poem.
The concert will take place under the patronage of the Polish Music Publishing House as a part of theTUTTI.pl project, promoting performances of Polish music.
