The Warsaw Branch of Polish Composers' Union invites you to a concert from the cycle "Musical Seasons" – "Winter", which will take place on December 3, 2018 at 7.00 p.m. in the Warsaw headquarters of the PWM Edition (8 Fredry Street).
The programme of the concert will feature: Campane IV from Romuald Twardowski's Symphony of Bells, Elegy and Capriccio from Zbigniew Bargielski's collection A Flea Market, Etudes No. 4 and No. 5 from the series of 12 etudes by Krzysztof Baculewski, Polish Toccatina by Jerzy Bauer, Lullaby for A. by Anna Ignatowicz-Glińska, Miniatures by Władysław Słowiński, Nocturne by Sławomir Zamuszko, Toccata by Marian Borkowski, Moment Musical by Piotr Moss, Berenika's Braid by Jerzy Kornowicz. The works will be presented by dr hab. Marcin Tadeusz Łukaszewski, professor at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music – music theoretician, pianist and composer. In addition, we will hear the new version of his Geometric preludes.
Concert organized by the Polish Composers' Union – Warsaw Branch in cooperation with the PWM Edition with funds from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Admission free.
