Warsaw | The Young to the Younger! A concert by the most talented young artists

POSI

During the concert on April 27, 2019 at 7.00 p.m., young talnted musicians of the secondary music schools will present themselves in the concert hall of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music. The performance with also a young but fully professional orchestra of graduates of music academies is a proof of recognition for their talent and work, but also a test of their skills.

It is worth coming to this concert and supporting the virtuosos, soon to be invited to perform on prestigious Polish and foreign stages! An additional incentive is a very attractive and diverse programme. Two bassoon concerts – Concerto B Major KV 191 written by 18-years-old Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Basson Concrto by Michał Spisak, popular among Polish bassonists – will be performed by young musicians. We will also listen to Concerto for trombone and orchestra by French composer Henri Tomasi, and the last of Antonín Dvořák's solo concerts – Concerto for cello and orchestra in B minor, Op. 4.

The concert will be led by Marek Wroniszewski, a talented conductor of the young generation, judged by the jury of the 10th Grzegorz Fitelberg International Competition in Katowice (2017) to be the best Polish participant of the contest. He is currently a deputy director of the Jerzy Semkow Polish Orchestra Sinfonia Iuventus.
