This year's "Mazovian Musical Meetings Without Barriers" is a series of five concerts of classical and jazz music, which take place in very small towns in the Mińsk, Szydłowiecki and Siedlce districts, where residents are deprived of cultural offer and access to cultural goods. The concerts will take place in churches and cultural centers, which are the only places in this area that gather the majority of the local community. The repertoire of each concert is adapted to the mentality and needs of the target group. The programme will cover works by composers from various eras, including works by Polish composers: Fryderyk Chopin, Stanisław Moniuszko, Henryk Wieniawski, Karol Szymanowski, Grażyna Bacewicz and Maciej Batora.
Co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund. Admission to the concerts is free.
Media patronage: Polish Music Information Centre POLMIC.
