Toruń Symphony Orchestra invites you to unique online events – the Independence Day Concert, which will be streamed on social media on 2 May 2020 at 6.00 p.m., and the final of the action #singtheanthemwithTOS! on 3 May 2020 at 12.00 p.m.
The events will take place on the occasion of the Flag Day of the Republic of Poland and the 3 May Constitution Day.
The concert hosted by Anna Morawska will feature works by Fryderyk Chopin, Ignacy Jan Paderewski and Karol Lipiński as well as songs referring to the history of Poland, including Święta miłości, Hej, Orle Biały, performed by Gidaszewska / Łaguniak Duo, pianists Magdalena Bazylko, Karolina Sekuła and singers Urszula and Krystian Psujek.
The final of the #singtheanthemwithTOS action will take place on the 3 May Constitution Day, featuring the online premiere of a video composed of recordings of Mazurek Dąbrowski sent from all over Poland.
