The Academy of Music in Poznań Foundation in collaboration with Adam Mickiewicz University and Poznań City Hall invite you to a concert series "Summer Stage at the Academy of Music", which will be held online on 1-22 July 2020.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, this year the annual summer concert series of the Academy of Music in Poznań has moved to the Internet. Online meetings with music performed by teachers and PhD students of the Academy will be held on its website, Facebook page and YouTube channel on 1, 8, 15 and 22 July at 5.00 p.m. Traditionally, concerts will be accompanied by short lectures by Teresa Brodniewicz.
This year's programme will include works by Polish composers such as Florian Dąbrowski, Krzesimir Dębski, Ewa Fabiańska-Jelińska, Raul Koczalski, Roman Maciejewski, Radosław Mateja, Józef Nowakowski, Feliks Nowowiejski, Henryk Opieński, Stefan Bolesław Poradowski, Grażyna Pstrokońska-Nawratil, Kazimierz Serocki, Kazimierz Sikorski, Janusz Stalmierski, Stanisław Wiechowicz and Artur Żuchowski. We will also hear the premieres of Toccata "Anna Maria” by Zbigniew Kozub and Vocalisation by Artur Żuchowski.
The project is co-financed from the budget of the City of Poznań.
