The 30th anniversary edition of the Soundwalk Festival will be held in Warsaw on 1-5 July 2020, offering the opportunity to discover the sounds of the city.
The programme of the festival includes 9 soundwalks and 5 workshops (dress rehearsals for selected soundwalks) as well as discussions held at the Pardon, To Tu club devoted to sound in the labyrinths of language and classical and contemporary theories of acoustic ecology. Soundwalks will be guided by both professionals with many years of experience and debutants experimenting with this formula. Among the guests of the festival will be composers Sławomir Wojciechowski, Kuba Krzewiński and Aleksandra Chciuk.
The festival will take place in the open air, the distance between all participants will be kept, and their number during individual events will be limited.
