The "Czas Sztuki" Foundation invites you to the next events of this year's "Mazovian Musical Meetings without Barriers". The concerts entitled "The premiere" and "Dance on the strings" will take place in Żeliszew Podkościelny and Cegłów on 20 September 2020.
The concert in the Holy Trinity Church in Żeliszew Podkościelny at 12 p.m. will be performed by the rector of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, accordionist Klaudiusz Baran, and The Time Quartet. We will hear works by Johann Sebastian Bach and Arcangelo Correlli as well as the premiere of Bartosz Kowalski's Mini Magnificat, which was created as part of the "Composing Commissions" programme carried out by the Institute of Music and Dance.
The second concert, dedicated to seniors, will be held at 7.00 p.m. in the Centre for Sustainable Development and Environment Protection in Cegłów. The Time Quartet will present old and modern dances: sarabande, minuet, march, polonaise, mazurka, waltz and tango by such composers as Georg Friedrich Handel, Luigi Boccherini, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ignacy Jan Paderewski, Fryderyk Chopin and Astor Piazzolla.
Co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund. Admission to the concerts is free!
