2022 is the 200th birthday of an exceptional man – St. Zygmunt Szczęsny Feliński, Archbishop of Warsaw and founder of the Sisters of the Family of Mary for the care of orphans who have been running houses in Białołęka for almost 100 years, where 200 Jewish children were rescued during the war. On this occasion, on the 11th of September, 2022 at 19.15 in the Warsaw Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary at Klasyków 21 street, performance of a piece He was said to have lost by Jerzy Cembrzyński, written especially for this occasion will take place.
Warsaw Philharmonic, Polish Royal Opera and the Ave Choir will take part in the event conducted by Barbara Hijewska.
