Baltic Neopolis Orchestra (BNO) is a string chamber orchestra established in 2008 in Szczecin. The ensemble managed by violist Emilia Goch-Salvador has performed hundreds of concerts in Poland and abroad, participating in international projects and various festivals around the world, in countries such as Germany, France, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Greece, Norway, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, Laos, Cambodia and Philippines. Its wide repertoire ranges from standard classical compositions to Polish music of 20th and 21st century, including first performances of new works.

The artistic identity of BNO was shaped by a number of musical personalities, out of which the most influential is world-renowned violinist and concertmaster Vasko Vassilev – the artistic director of the orchetra since 2015. BNO regularly works with such composers and artists as: Tomasz Tomaszewski, the concertmaster of Deutsche Oper in Berlin; Marat Bisengaliev, violinist and artistic director of the India Symphony Orchestra; Maria Machowska, the concertmaster of the National Philharmonic; Daniel Rowland, the leader of Brodsky String Quartet; Alina Mleczko, the best classic saxophonist in Poland; Marcelo Nisinman, bandoneonist branded as the successor of Astor Piazzolla; Carmine Lauri, concertmaster of London Symphony Orchestra; Adam Bałdych, best Polish jazz violinist of the young generation, as well as composers such as Mikołaj Górecki, Hanna Kulenty and Paweł Łukaszewski.

The current artistic legacy of the Orchestra comprises eight albums: Ego Sapientia by Marek Jasiński, recorded with mezzo-soprano Anna Holzer and the Jan Szyrocki Academic Choir of the West Pomeranian University of Technology (DUX, 2013), Mikołaj Górecki & Paweł Łukaszewski, recorded with Tomasz Tomaszewski (DUX, 2013), Szczecin Compositions, featuring works by Piotr Klimek, Michał Dobrzyński, Zbigniew Bagiński and Janusz Stalmierski (BNO, 2013), Tribute to Carl Loewe, with Urszula Kryger, Adam Kruszewski and Paweł Kotla (BNO, 2014), Sonatina für Alina, recorded with saxophonist Alina Mleczko (DUX, 2014), Il Tramonto, with soprano Joanna Tylkowska-Drożdż (2015), Musica Sacra 5 by Paweł Łukaszewski (DUX, 2014), which won the Fryderyk award in the "Best Chamber Music Album" category in 2015, and 4 AM Tango by Marcelo Nisinman (DUX, 2019).

The Baltic Neopolis Orchestra is co-financed by the City of Szczecin and the Marshal's Office of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
