The length of composition: 5–12 minutes The competition is open to two age categories:
born after 1.01.1992. The compositions submitted must not be ever published, publicly performed or awarded in any other previous competition. The competition is anonymous. The awarded works be awarded with prizes and awards. The winners will receive a Lyre and a DVD recording of their composition. All decisions of Jury are final and shall not be appealed. The awarded compositions will be performed on the Prizewinners’ Concert in April 2018. Applications Participants shall submit the materials: - two copies of score - score for every instrument and voice The compositions submitted should be marked with an emblem. The sealed envelope bearing the same code as the score and the composer’s age group must include: - the composer’s name - place and date of birth - address, telephone, fax, e-mail - name and address of secondary school or institution of higher education - year of secondary or tertiary studies - brief biographical note - proof of payment of the registration fee
