2nd International Organ and Chamber Music Festival in Sanok

Festiwal SanokThe 2nd International Festival of Organ and Chamber Music will be held in Sanok on 11-16 May 2021, accompanied by the 1st National Competition for Young Organists.

The event is organised by the Pro Artis Association operating in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship. This year's edition will include 6 solo and chamber concerts in Sanok churches as well as the 1st National Competition for Young Organists, featuring 22 participants from all over the country.

At the opening concert, Piotr Rojek will perform organ works by contemporary Polish composers: Krystian Kiełb, Katarzyna Dzięwiątkowska, Mateusz Ryczek i Anna Porzyc. The festival programme will also include original arrangements of works for trumpet and organ, violin and organ, flute and organ. The final concert will feature string quartets of Józef Elsner i Stanisław Moniuszko performed by the Żeleński String Quartet.

The concerts will be broadcast live on the Ars Sonora TV YouTube channel.
