5th International Festival of Academic Symphony Orchestras will finish with the performance of Symphony Orchestra of the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, which will be held on April 22, 2016 t the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice.

The programme includes Violin Concerto No. 1 in A minor, Op. 77 by Dmitri Shostakovich, …at the San Francisco Bay by Barbara Kaszuba and symphonic poem Stanisław and Anna Oświęcim, Op. 12 by Mieczysław Karłowicz. The orchestra will be conducted by Tomasz Bugaj, while the solo part will be performed by violinist Celina Kotz.

The concert will be repeated at the Nova Hall of the Academy of Music in Poznań on April 25, 2016.
