Bydgoszcz | International Scientific Conference "Composers and Functional Music"

On April 27-29, 2022, the Faculty of Composition, Music Theory and Sound Engineering of the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz organizes the International Scientific Conference "Composers and Functional Music".

In the virtual conference room musicologists, music theorists, composers and librarians will discuss a specific type of creativity that we used to place on the margins of artistic music, various functions of art and will try to answer to questions about the value of socially useful music.

The invitation to participate in the Conference was accepted by over 30 researchers from many universities and academic centers in Poland (Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Lublin, Toruń, Łódź, Katowice, Zielona Góra, Bydgoszcz) as well as from Sydney, New York, Kiev, Braşov and Novi Sad.

The Conference will be broadcast on the Facebook profile of the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz.
