Another concert within the "filharmonia / ostrożnie, wciąga!!!" programme, organized by the Institute of Music and Dance from the funds of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, will take place on January 25, 2019 at 7.00 p.m. in the Lower Silesian Philharmonic. The programme will feature works by Gioacchino Rossini, Antonín Dvoŕák and Mikołaj Majkusiak.
The Lower Silesia Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra will perform under the baton of the Greek conductor Georgios Balatsinos. The evening wil start with The Thieving Magpie Ouverture by Gioacchino Rossini. Then, one of the most famous Polish accordionists, Paweł Zagańczyk, will perform as a soloist in Mikołaj Majkusiak's Concerto classico for accordion and orchestra. The grand finale will include the Symphony No. 7, Op. 70 by Antonín Dvoŕák.
