Kraków | Paweł and Piotr Wajrak at the symphonic concerts on June 1-2
The symphonic concerts at the Karol Szymanowski Philharmonic in Krakow on June 1 at 7.30 pm and June 2, 2018 at 6.00 pm, will be conducted by the artistic director and the first conductor of the Lublin Philharmonic – Piotr Wajrak. As a soloist, however, will perform his brother – Paweł Wajrak, an excellent violinist who plays in the Krakow Philharmonic Orchestra as its concertmaster.
The fraternal duo of artists together with the Krakow Philharmonic Orchestra will present a wide and varied program. It will include: Ludwig van Beethoven – Egmont Overture, Op. 84, August Fryderyk Duranowski – Violin Concerto in A major, Op. 8, Władysław Żeleński – In the Tatra Mountains, Characteristic Overture, Op. 27, Marek Stachowski – Choreia for Symphonic Orchestra.
