Tomasz Daroch – one of the most talented cellists of the young generation, will perform a recital of the 20th-century chamber music with his sister, Maria Daroch-Kujawińska, accompanying him on piano. The concert will take place on May 22, 2018 at 6.00 pm at the Academy of Music in Łódź.
The programme will include: Francis Poulenc – Sonata for cello and piano, FP 143 (1948), Bohuslav Martinu – Variations on a Theme by Rossini, H. 290 (1942), Claude Debussy – Sonata D minor for cello and piano (1915), Aleksander Tansman – Fantaisie for cello and piano (1936).
Admission to the concert is free.
