Łódź | Symphony Concert

On June 15, 2018 at 7.00 pm there will be a symphony concert at the Lodz Philharmonic with Mieczysław Karłowicz's Violin Concerto in the interpretation of Piotr Pławner.

The Artur Rubinstein Philharmonic Orchestra will be conducted by Jürgen Bruns – founder and artistic director of Kammersymphonie Berlin, one of the most famous chamber orchestras in Germany. The programme will include: Edgar Elgar – Polonia, Op.76, Mieczysław Karłowicz – Violin Concerto in A Major, Op. 8, Jean Sibelius – Symphony No 2 in D major, Op 43. The pre-concert meeting will take place at 6.15 pm.
