Media patronage: Polish Music Information Centre POLMIC
As part of the project "Days of Ludomir Michał Rogowski's Music", on the 9th of June, 2024 at the Crown Tribunal in Lublin at 6.30 p.m., there will be a chamber concert "Ludomir Michał Rogowski im memoriam" on the 70th anniversary of death of this Polish-Croatian composer. Justyna Górska (viola) and Urszula Świerczyńska (piano) will present mostly unreleased chamber works by Ludomir Rogowski for viola and piano. Free entrance!
The audience will have a rare opportunity to listen to such works by Rogowski as: Danses françaises for viola and piano, Ballade for viola or violin and piano, Elegy for cello or viola and piano and Conte de fées idyllique for viola and piano. We will hear two pieces for medium voice and piano - Attendre and Poèmes chinois - arranged by Justyna Górska for viola and piano.
