National Institute of Music and Dance: 'Solidarity with Ukraine'

In the face of unprecedented events behind our eastern border the National Institute of Music and Dance offers special programme of free psychological help on-line „wspieraMY Ukrainę".

The programme is aimed at citizens of Ukraine, not only artists, both those who have been leaving in Poland for some time and those who arrived in our country in the last few days. The main purpose of the programme is to recover from the trauma and bring back lost emotional balance and self-determination.

Help available in Ukrainian and Russian.

Appointments can be booked online www.nimit.pl/wspieramy/ by choosing language, psycholog’s name, date and time in the „wspieraMY Ukrainę” category.

Meetings are held on Skype or Zoom and will be appointed right away.
