Winners of the 3rd SAXandVILLAS International Composition Competition announced!

The theme of the 3rd SAXandVILLAS International Composition Competition, organized by Villa Lentz in Poland, Villa la Padula in Italy and Escola Artística Do Conservatório De Música Calouste Gulbenkian, was works for chamber ensembles with saxophone. After careful analysis of the submitted scores, the jury selected three winners: A Pole and two Italians.
First place went to Damian Dziweńka for his piece 'In the name of land', (pseudonym: Naard). Second place went to Michele Allegro for his composition 'New York Tales', (pseudonym: Irese90). Roberto Maria Cipollina became third for the track 'Apparuit', (alias: YKN22).
