The 21st Ada Sari International Competition of Vocal Art, scheduled to officially begin on May 17, 2025, has already attracted tremendous interest from young singers from around the world. This year there were as many as 210 entries submitted by participants representing 40 countries from 6 continents: Africa, South America, North America, Australia, Asia and Europe.
The record number of submissions testifies to the high reputation of the Competition, promising an exciting event and the presentation of exceptional talents who, as in previous years, will have a chance to blossom and give momentum to their careers.
Submitted entries will be judged by a committee consisting of prominent artists and educators - Dr. Malgorzata Walewska and Prof. Wojciech Maciejowski. The list of qualified singers will be announced on February 26!
The Ada Sari Competition is a prestigious event that for years has integrated artists and promoted the highest standards of vocal art. Organized continuously since 1985, by the Malopolskie Centrum Kultury SOKOL in Nowy Sącz, for this one week in May it turns Nowy Sącz into the world capital of music.
