In the afternoon of St. Nicholas' Day, 6 December 2020 at 5.00 p.m., the Szczecin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra will present a beautiful music story. The "Valerian Droplets" concert will remind grown-ups and introduce to the little ones the extraordinary figure of Walerian Pawłowski, whose 100th birth anniversary is celebrated this year.
‘Valerian Droplets’ is a title once known to every little music lover in Szczecin. Its author, conductor, composer, music promoter, publicist and educator, Walerian Pawłowski was one of the most popular figures in the musical life of post-war Szczecin. On the 100th anniversary of the birth of this unique music and motorcycle enthusiast, the Szczecin Philharomnic decided to recall his figure, his informative, humorous musical stories, as well as his own compositions.
