Media patronage: Polish Music Information Centre POLMIC
Tansman Trio is currently working on a new album. Three award-winning artists will present works of Polish composers included on this album on the 19th of February, 2024 at 7.30 p.m at NOSPR.
Roksana Kwaśnikowska, Agnieszka Podłucka and Zuzanna Sosnowska have already brought to light a number of compositions by Polish authors that were lost in the historical turmoil. And this is just the beginning of their activities! The programme of the February concert includes, among others: dense, colorful music by Roman Maciejewski, immersed in an extraordinary, fanciful sound world, and two compositions by the ensemble's patron - Aleksander Tansman.
Music lovers longing for chamber concerts and looking for beautiful sounds in the repertoire, although not necessarily the most popular and obvious ones, will probably be pleased by the presence of Mieczysław Wajnberg's String Trio in the programme.
