A series of concerts entitled "Mazovian Musical Meetings Without Barriers" organized by the "Czas Sztuki" Foundation will take place between August 19 – December 2, 2018.
The Foundation organizes a series of seven concerts of classical and jazz music "Mazovian Musical Meetings Without Barriers", which will take place in very small towns in the Mińsk and Siedlce counties, where the residents are deprived of cultural offer and access to cultural goods. The concerts will take place in churches and cultural centers, which are the only places in this area that gather the majority of the local community.
The varied musical programme of the evenets is adapted to the needs of the target group. Among the performes there will be: The Time Quartet, organist Zuzanna Bator, vocalist Weronika Grozdew-Kołacińska, Andrzej Jagodziński Trio, Tango Fuerte Quintet and Melanidis Orchestra. As part of the cycle, there will be a premiere of Agnus Dei for string quartet and white voice by Weronika Ratusińska-Zamuszko, which was created within the "Composition Commissions" programme, implemented by the Institute of Music and Dance.
Dates of the concerts: 19/08/2018, 30/09/2018, 14/10/2018, 28/10/2018, 17/11/2018, 25/11/2018, 02/12/2018. The artists will perform in the following places: Communal Cultural Center in Mrozy, Communal Cultural Center in Wodynie, Cultural Center in Kałuszyn, as well as in the Holy Trinity Parish in Żeliszew Podkościelny, Parish of St. Wojciech the Bishop and Martyr in Jeruzal and in the Parish of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul in Wodynia.
