The YouTube channel with unknown works of Polish composers

pThe new project „Cudze słuchacie, swego nie znacie” (You listen to outlandish, you dont know yours") aims to present the unknown works by Polish composers. These will mostly be the first and sometimes the only recordings of works, nearly 200 years after being composed. YouTube channel of the Foundation "Sztuka i Pasja" will start on 4 September 2020.

The 10-episode series aims at popularizing the work of Oskar Kolberg, Zygmunt Noskowski, Stanisław Moryta, Mikołaj Gomółka, Antoni Stolpe, Józef Nowakowski, Witold Maliszewski, Ignacy Feliks Dobrzyński and Karol Lipiński. We will hear their works interpreter by Konstanty Andrzej Kulka, Piotr Janowski, the Amadeus Orchestra conducted by Agnieszka Duczmal, Andrzej Wróbel, the Juenesses Musicales Choir conducted by Ewa Strusińska, Justyna Stolarska-Reczeniedi, Mateusz Zajdel, the Camerata Vistula ensemble, Anna Wróbel, Marta Gębska, Grzegorz Skrobiński and many chamber musicians representing the highest level of performance.

Each recording will be preceded by a short preface, introducing the presented works, the composer and performers. Among the lecturers - the National Philharmonic prelectors Barbara Szczęsna-Remisz and Malina Sarnowska, the music critic Tadeusz Deszkiewicz and well-known classical music authorities: Konstanty Andrzej Kulka, Andrzej Wróbel and Janusz Olejniczak.
