Secret Garden of 20th and 21st century’s Miniatures discovers musical and out of musical inspirations in aphoristic way, it’s also a music picture of questions and answers drawn by sounds in the shape of miniatures hidden in the garden of our life. Compositing potential of miniatures for solo instruments, duet and trio emphasizes interpretative qualities , searching for new sound qualities by using traditional way of taking out the sound. The purpose in composing technique’s selection is also crucial. What’s more, universal sound possibilities of instruments and human voice are shown, modelling of individual shape of each miniature and evolution of developing the expression both in each miniatures as well as in construction of whole CD gives partly the picture of secret garden. The aspects of relation between living and inanimate matter decided about choosing solo, chamber, instrumental and vocal- instrumental miniatures. Both human voice and instrument are treated subjectively, and their main task is singing meant as a talk of sounds. Virtuosity and expression are depended on the issues given by motives and musical phrase. Sometimes miniature is a monolog or recitation or aria, but it is not a rule, because there are some parts where you can hear dialogues even in an part of one of instruments. The first miniature discovers a strong human relation with long tradition, and there is a connection with Polish folklore, attachment to country and native language, reaching to archetype which are genotype and bases. Secret of our life’s garden shows that we don’t know our end, we know only its beginning, and at the end we are expecting positive solution, we live with memories, sadness, anxiety, but also with hope and joy. The miniatures are composed deliberately, where the particular pieces are placed in the whole composition as an introduction, developing of concept on the way as action – development – reflection, reminiscences from life and recapitulation which is the picture of joy of life and saying thanks for what we were given. At the beginning of story the human voice in the miniatures appears as an important element of real world.
