Opus Klassik award in the ‘Singer of the Year’ category to Jakub Józef Orliński

This year, the German music industry Opus Klassik award in the ‘Singer of the Year’ category went to Polish countertenor Jakub Józef Orliński.

The award was granted by a jury composed of people representing the phonographic industry, representatives of music publishing houses and journalists. The artist was appreciated for the album Farewells, which he recorded with pianist Michał Biel.

The singer will receive the statuette on the 8^th of October, 2023 during a gala at the Konzerthaus Berlin.
