Media patronage: Polish Music Information Centre POLMIC
As part of the ‘Institutions of the future - cooperation between NOSPR and Konserthuset Stockholm’ on the 1st of May, 2023 at 19.00 in this well-known concert hall, young virtuosos, participants of the NOSPR Academy and the Academy of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in Stockholm will perform at another joint concert music by two Polish composers: Henryk Górecki and Andrzej Panufnik, combined with the famous Fourth Symphony by Gustav Mahler in a chamber version and a piece by Swedish Andrea Tarrodi based on Ukrainian and Swedish folk melodies.
Talented artists meet for the third time in less than a year as part of the "Institutions of the Future 2023" project co-financed by the 'Inspiring Culture' programme of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
This time it is a charity concert for Ukraine conducted by a Polish conductor - Vincent Kozlovsky. The soloists will be the Polish pianist Tymoteusz Bies, the Swedish-Ukrainian pianist Natalia Pasiecznik and the Polish-Ukrainian soprano Olga Pasiecznik. The concert is part of the European Festival 'Ukrainian Spring', organized by the network of European National Cultural Institutes of the European Union (EUNIC), of which the Polish Institute in Stockholm is a member, in cooperation with the European Commission.
