Katowice | Nightmare Museum Night in NOSPR

NOSPR 13.5.23Media patronage: Polish Music Information Centre POLMIC

As every year, the Katowice Kultura Natura Festival coincides with the museum night. Specially for this evening, on the 13th of May, 2023 NOSPR will turn into a nightmare place. Cuckoo clocks will move from the labyrinth to the foyer and play spooky melodies, and NOSPR animators will show the audience around the building in a dark atmosphere.

In Erwin Stache's installation, cuckoo clocks made of organ pipes will wander between the foyer and the labyrinth in the NOSPR outdoors, and what they sing will be decided by the audience, controlled by a special mechanism.

Pupils of Katowice Music School of the 2nd degree united by their interest in the rebellious music of Astor Piazzolla, invite you to a special concert in the NOSPR foyer. Three 20-minute shows of organ music from horror movies are also planned (22.30, 23.00, 00.00). Admission to these events is free.
