The 13th International Festival of Contemporary Music NEW MUSIC will take place from May 10 to June 15, 2025, in the Copernicanum Hall of Kazimierz Wielki University and in the Municipal Center for Culture in Bydgoszcz. Nine concerts featuring music exclusively by Polish composers from the 20th and 21st centuries are planned. The program will include over 20 world premieres!
Separate concerts will be dedicated to the music of members of the Gdańsk branch of the Polish Composers’ Union and the compositional works of students from the Bydgoszcz Academy of Music.
Works by Polish composers will be performed by recognized soloists and ensembles, including Pianopticum Duo, Nowicki Duo, Sepia Ensemble, and the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Chamber Orchestra conducted by Mariusz Kończal.
