The Intermission Orchestra of the Polish Theatre in Poznań, under the baton of Adam Domurat, will premiere works by Agnieszka Zdrojek-Suchodolska and Korean composer Sangjun Lee.

A concert by the Polish Violin Duo will feature world premieres of compositions by Ewa Fabiańska-Jelińska and Alla Zagaykevych. Also on the program is a piece by Francesco Fiorenzani, a young Italian composer who wrote the work especially for this occasion.

As part of the Festival, the final concert of the 1st International A. Dobrowolski Composition Competition will take place, dedicated to compositions for oboe and electronics. The premiere performances will be given by oboist Natalia Kok.

The Festival will culminate in a special final concert at the Stanisław Moniuszko Grand Theatre, the only venue in Poland equipped with the L-ISA 3D sound projection system. Accompanying events include a discussion panel titled “Guild of New Music” and music workshops for young music lovers, led by Dr. Mateusz Ryczek.

The Festival is co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund as part of the “Music” program, implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance. It is also supported by the budget of the City of Poznań and the Zakłady Kórnickie Foundation.
