On a December evening, when the world slows down and our thoughts drift toward what truly matters, music can become the most beautiful story. On December 21, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., at the Silesian Philharmonic, the Silesian Chamber Orchestra together with the singers Wioleta Malchar-Orynicz and Daniel Cebula-Orynicz will present a warm and moving “Christmas Eve Tale.”
The evening’s program will feature The Symphony of Carols by Adam Wesołowski—a composition that blends traditional Polish Christmas melodies with a modern musical language. Familiar and beloved themes gain new colors and orchestral breadth here, without losing their simplicity and sincerity.
The concert will be rounded out by carols and holiday songs from the American cultural tradition—pieces that have become an inseparable part of the December soundscape around the world. From classic ballads to swinging arrangements, from subtle nostalgia to joyful sounds, each song will bring a touch of festive light and a smile.
