In the face of the constant threat that Ukrainian citizens have been struggling with for almost a year, and the resulting inability to return to professional activity in their country, the National Institute of Music and Dance continues its support programme for Ukrainian artists who found themselves on the Polish labor market in culture or are just gathering their first experience. The programme will be implemented until the 31st of December, 2023, but not longer than until the funds allocated for its implementation are exhausted. The budget of the programme is PLN 3,000,000 and comes from the funds of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
The Artist-in-Residence Program for Ukrainian citizens is aimed at Polish cultural institutions open to establishing cooperation with people from the field of culture from Ukraine.

Support may be provided only to an adult citizen of Ukraine who conducts or intends to conduct artistic, scientific, didactic or research activities in the field of art, undertake professional or artistic development in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
