Elbląg Music Masterclass - IV edition

The largest music workshop in northern Poland will return for its fourth edition, taking place in Elbląg from July 4–13, 2025.
Organized by the Elbląg Chamber Orchestra, the event is dedicated to young musicians who will come to Elbląg to participate in the Young Virtuoso Competition, study with world-class teachers, and perform alongside them in concert.

In 2025, masterclasses will be held in five disciplines: violin, viola, cello, guitar, and conducting.
The violin class will be led by Jakub Jakowicz and Christian Danowicz.
Marek Czech will work with the violists, while Marcel Markowski will guide the cellists.
Guitarists will have the opportunity to study with Krzysztof Meisinger.
This year also marks the return of conducting workshops, led by Przemysław Neumann.
Radosław Kurek will accompany participants on the piano during lessons and recitals.

In addition, participants will be offered:
– Chamber music workshops with Marek Czech and Marcel Markowski
– Physiotherapy workshops by Marta Rusiniak (FizjoMusic)
– Artist Branding workshops by Anna Proszowska-Sala

A major highlight of the Elbląg Music Masterclass is the Young Virtuoso Competition, which gives young musicians the chance to perform with the orchestra.
Winners of the competition will play alongside the Elbląg Chamber Orchestra during the final concert.
Participants will also be able to showcase their skills during four recitals held from July 8–11 at 5:00 PM.

As part of the event, three festival concerts will be presented to music lovers from Elbląg and visiting tourists.

– On July 4, the ensemble Vołosi will perform together with the Elbląg Chamber Orchestra at Galeria El Art Center in Elbląg.
– On July 10, EMM professors will appear in concert at the Old Town Hall.
– The Elbląg Music Masterclass Grand Finale Concert will be held on July 13, once again at the Old Town Hall.

The July 4 concert is financed by the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship Government.
