Media patronage: Polish Music Information Centre POLMIC
The next this year's improvisation workshop for children ‘Tell me a fairy tale’ will be organized by the Polish Society for Contemporary Music between the 3rd and the 5th of November, 2022 in Jeziorany: at the Sports and Recreation Center and the M. Lengowski Primary School. The main idea of the project is to popularize the music of our time and improvisation among the youngest. Admission free! The number of places is limited.
During the workshop, children learn the basics of improvisation and a variety of instruments, and play with beautifully illustrated books, thus entering the world of contemporary music. This time, the participants of the classes will learn, among other things, about a rare instrument - monokton.
As always, the workshop will be conducted by great artists from the world of contemporary music: double bass player Małgorzata Kołcz and two composers - Jarosław Kordaczuk and Jarosław Siwiński.
On the 3rd and 4th of November, the workshop will be attended by children from Warmian kindergartens and schools. Currently, the recruitment of participants in family workshop on the 5th of November at 11:00 is taking place, for children aged 3-8 and their parents.
Participation in the workshop is free - the number of places is limited, so those interested are asked to register in advance. This can be done in two ways:
