Radziejowice | Final Concert of the International Summer Course for Composers "Synthesis"

The Musical Gardens Foundation and Professor Zygmunt Krauze invite you to the final concert of the International Summer Course for Composers 'Synthetis', which will take place at the Palace in Radziejowice on July 26, 2019 at 8:00 p.m.

The legendary Course for Composers in Radziejowice, initiated and organized by Polish Society for Contemporary Music in 1980s, was reactivated in 2013 and received the name of SYNTHETIS – from the Greek word meaning composer. The invitation to give lectures and conduct individual classes with the participants of this year's course was accepted by such outstanding composers as Chaya Czernowin (Israel), Toshio Hosokawa (Japan), Zygmunt Krauze (Poland) and Justė Janulytė (Lithuania). The students will also have the opportunity to participate in individual consultations with this year's artists-in-residence: violist Aleksandra Demowska-Madejska and saxophonist Wojciech Psiuk. They will perform selected pieces composed during the course on 26 July in the Palace in Radziejowice – a beautiful complex situated 50 km from Warsaw.
