Symphonic Concert at Sudety Philharmonic

Cellist Tomasz Strahl and the Sudety Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra under Krzysztof Kozakiewicz will perform compositions by Mozart, Haydn, Beehoven and Górecki on February 24, 2017.

The soloist will perform Cello Concerto No. 1 in C major, Hob. VIIb:1 by Joseph Haydn and Elegy by Mikołaj Górecki, which he premiered in 2015 during the Festival of World Premieres in Katowice. The audience will also be presented with 2 symphonic works, namely Overture to opera La clemenza di Tito by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Symphony No. 2 in D major by Ludwig van Beethoven.
