Tykocin | Festiwal „Kresy i Bezkresy"

Media patronage: Polish Music Information Centre POLMIC

A unique, interdisciplinary artistic event dedicated to the heritage of the Polish Borderlands and dialogue with other national cultures that co-created the identity of the lands of the former Republic of Poland. The programme of the ‘Kresy i Bezkresy’ Festival, which will take place from the 30^th of June to the 9^th of July, 2023, includes over 50 events.

The intention of the organizers was not only to commemorate history, but also to invite young artists to refer to the historical identity of the region in their works. During the concerts we will hear, among others: improvisations and compositions by Damian Szymczak and Bartłomiej Zajkowski, music curator of the Festival.
